We build the website first.
You look at it before you pay for anything.
Cupán Studio makes finished websites for independent coffee shops in Dublin. We build yours, put it live, and send you the link. If you like it, it's €690 and it's yours. If you don't, you've lost nothing.

You've probably just been sent a link
If you got an email from me with a website for your shop on it, that site is real. It's live right now. You can send it to your sister and she can open it.
I built it before I contacted you because that's the only honest way to show you what you'd be buying. Everyone else sends you a portfolio of somebody else's work and a quote for €2,000. I'd rather just build yours and let you look at it.
Nothing was signed. Nothing is owed. Have a look at it and decide.
What's on it
Six pages, built from your shop: your hours, your menu, your address, your photos. Not a template with your name dropped in.
- Home. What you do, where you are, and what it looks like inside.
- Menu. Every item and every price, readable on a phone.
- Hours. All seven days, and they're right.
- About. Your story, in your own words, not "nestled in the heart of."
- Find us. Address, Eircode, map, phone, Instagram.
- Contact. A form that goes to your inbox.
It loads in under two seconds. It works on a phone. It tells Google what you sell and where you are, so someone searching "coffee near me" three streets away finds you.
And the things nobody tells you about
- The panel you edit it from yourself€400 value
Your soup changed. Your hours changed for the bank holiday. You go to your own site, type the new thing, press save. No email to a developer. No waiting three days. No invoice.
- One-click menu import€150 value
You've got a menu as a PDF or a photo. Send it. It's on the site as a proper menu in a couple of minutes. You are not retyping forty items.
- Your brand sheet€200 value
One printable page with your logo, your exact colours and your fonts on it. Hand it to a sign-maker, a printer, or whoever does your cups, and they'll stop guessing.
- The screenshot manual€150 value
Every button in the panel, with a picture, in plain English. Ten minutes and you know the whole thing.
- Your own hello@ address€100 value
hello@yourshop.ieinstead of a Gmail. Forwards straight to the inbox you already use, so there's nothing new to check. - Your domain, bought and connected€45 a year
I buy it, I point it at the site, I renew it. You never see a control panel.
That's €1,045 of extras. The whole thing is €690.
What it costs
€690, once.
Domain, hosting, the email address, the panel, the manual, the brand sheet, and one round of changes: whatever you want different.
No VAT on top. We're under the threshold, so €690 is €690. An agency quoting you €1,500 is charging you €1,845.
No monthly bill, unless you want one.
If you'd rather never touch it, it's €290 now and €59 every four weeks and I keep it updated for you: hours, menu, seasonal changes, new photos, all of it. Cancel with one email, any time.
This is the price for the first ten Dublin shops. Then it goes up.
If it does nothing for you, you don't pay for it
In your first 60 days live, if the site hasn't brought you one thing you can point at, an order, a booking, a phone call, an enquiry, or a review that mentions it, I keep working on it, free, until it does.
Or ask for your money back. You get all €690 and the site stays yours anyway.
I can offer that because I've already shown you the finished thing. You're not buying a promise. You're buying something you've already clicked around.
How it works
I build it.
I read your Google listing, your Instagram, your reviews and your menu, and I build the site. Takes a few days. You don't hear from me and you don't do anything.
I send it to you.
One email with a link. It's live. Click it.
You decide.
If you want it, €690 and it's on your own domain within a day. If you don't, say so or say nothing, and it comes down in fourteen days.
The obvious questions
- Is this a scam?
- Fair question. Here's the test: I haven't asked you for anything. No card, no deposit, no form, no phone call. The site is already built and already live. A scam needs your money before you get the thing. This is the other way around.
- Why would you build it before I asked?
- Because telling a café owner "I make nice websites" is worth nothing and showing them their own finished website is worth a lot. It costs me a few days of compute to build one. Most of them get ignored. Enough don't.
- What's the catch?
- There isn't one, but there is a limit: eight shops a month, and I hold each preview for fourteen days before it comes down and I build for someone else.
- I already have a website.
- Then compare them. If yours is better, keep it, and I'll say so myself. If it was built in 2016 and you can't change the hours on it without ringing someone, you already know the answer.
- Who owns it?
- You do, the moment you pay. The domain is in your name. The site is yours. If you ever want to leave, I hand you the files and the keys and there's nothing to argue about.
- Do I have to keep paying you?
- No. €690 and you never hear from me again if you don't want to. The monthly plan exists because some owners don't want to touch it. It's optional and it's cancellable by email.
- Who am I actually dealing with?
- Seb. One person, working remotely, building only for Dublin. More here.
